How to request an account
- Click the Join link in the upper right hand corner of the SSN home page
- Enter the requested information
- Click the Submit button
- After you click the submit button your request will be submitted to the site administrator for review
- If your request is approved an email will be sent to you with additional instructions on setting up your account
How to change your password
- Click the Change Password link on the SSN home page.
- Enter your old password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click the Submit button
- You will be prompted to login again with your new password
What do I do if I forget my password?
- Click the Forgot Password? link on the SSN home page.
- Enter your user name
- Click the Submit button
- Enter the answer to your security question
- Click the Submit button
- Additional instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account
