How to request an account

• Click the Join link in the upper right hand corner of  the SSN home page
• Enter the requested information
• Click the Submit button
• After you click the submit button your request will be submitted to the site administrator for review
• If your request is approved an email will be sent to you with additional instructions on setting up your account

How to change your password

• Click the Change Password link on the SSN home page.
• Enter your old password
• Enter your new password
• Confirm your new password
• Click the Submit button
• You will be prompted to login again with your new password

What do I do if I forget my password?

• Click the Forgot Password? link on the SSN home page.
• Enter your user name
• Click the Submit button
• Enter the answer to your security question
• Click the Submit button
• Additional instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account
